Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has brought up a huge discussion on Bollywood on social media. Netizens have been discussing about how Bollywood has a toxic culture and many times people who are talented do not get their rightful place in the industry. The debate turned fierce as actors and producers were all being publicly trialed for their actions.
Everyone knows that Bollywood producer Karan Johar is known for launching star kids be it Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, ananya Pandey and how nepotism plays a huge role in the Bollywood industry. Actress Kangana Ranuat too took to social media to highlight as to how Bollywood and media twisted their words on Sushant and drove him to take his own life. According to sources it is reported that Sushant was suffering from depression as he had lost many films during the last 6 months and was not given the spotlight and credited for his good performance. This led to Sushant being unhappy with where he was in his career and ultimately driving him to take his own life.
The entire Bollywood is now facing blacklash for their toxic culture as well as stars pretending to be sad at Sushant’s demise. But that’s not al. Now new figures are being pointed at by netizens and it includes Bollywood’s famed movie critics like Anupama Chopra and Rajeev Masand. Netizens were seen bringing Rajeev Masand’s name on Twitter calling him out for bullying Sushant Singh Rajput in the past. According to sources,Rajiv hasn’t spoken out over the death and has maintained silence. But that didn’t stop the netizens as they are pulling out instances from the past of him teasing and disrespecting Sushant.
