Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has announced that he has been tested positive for COVID-19. Mammootty, Mahesh Babu, Sumalatha and many other celebs wished him speedy recovery.

Covi19 has had the worst of us all in 2020. while the world is struggling, India is struggling on its own issues as each day cases are increasing by thousands. Mumbai has been one of the worst hit cities and people have been asked all around the country to be careful as cases are only going up.

Amid all this madness Bollywood Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan was admitted to Mumbai’s Nanavati hospital on Saturday evening. A hospital spokesperson confirmed the news to the publication and said that the reason is unknown and more details are awaited.

Now Amitabh Bachchan took to his social media and announced that he has been tested positive and currently waiting for results. He tweeted “T 3590 -I have tested CoviD positive .. shifted to Hospital .. hospital informing authorities .. family and staff undergone tests , results awaited ..All that have been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested.”

The news about this came as a rude shock to many people across the country and many celebs responded to his tweet and wished speedy recovery to Amitabh Bachchan.
