Natural star Nani’s latest outing Dasara has made superb collection at the worldwide box office in the four-day extended first weekend and inched closer to Rs 100 crore gross mark.
With high amount of hype riding on it, Dasara registered good booking for and opened to a thunderous response at the ticket counters across the global market. The movie witnessed a steep decline of around 60 percent on Friday, due to the IPL 2023 opening. Its collection continued to drop on Saturday and Sunday.
Dasara has collected Rs78 crore gross at the worldwide box office in the four-day-extended first weekend. The movie has earned Rs 46 crore, which is over 90 percent of the price of its global theatrical rights, which were sold for a whopping amount of Rs 48 crore. The film is expected mint remaining Rs 2 crore and turn a profitable venture for its distributors by the end of the week.
