Facebook Sues Indian company to provide fake news about COVID-19

The famous social media site Facebook has filed a lawsuit against one Indian man due to provide deceptive advertisement and wrong information about the corona outbreak.

This case filed on the federal court of California, this alleges that that software design company has provided fake news, and this is the scam related to COVID-19.

They have used the name ‘LeadClock’ and told that this is based in Thailand, and according to them based on Facebook terms and Policies, this is a cloaking software designed as automated.

Ms Romero told that LeadCloak software targeted to the other technology companies like Oath, Google, Shopify, WordPress, etc.

Though Cloaking is the technique which that impairs the ad reviews system, and this is also concealing the website nature. When they provide advertisement it pops up their product like the sweater, but when user sees their website where they will be promoting some other product and this is not allowed.

In this situation, Leadcloak software considers to be a scam, and it is related to the COVID-19. They cannot give the fake news page.

As per the statement, this type of cloak website has many celebritie’s images, social media giant, etc.

Facebook has filed the case, and as per the technical enforcement, it is against Leadcloak due to using fake software and providing ad to the Facebook and Instagram account. As per the statement, they will identify the leadclock’s customers and do additional actions against them.
