Milind Soman reveals he has learnt a new exercise amidst lockdown

Actor and model Milind Soman is known by everyone for his fitness and even at the age of 55, Milind Soman is one man who can still make girls go gaga over him. Known for being a fitness freak, the actor loves to work out and go on long marathons since it’s his favorite thing to do. Even at this age Milind is an inspiration to many and keeps motivating his fans by posting pictures and videos about his fitness. Milind is currently at home quarantine with wife Ankita Konwar who is also a fitness freak and the duo are often seen running marathons together. They also recently celebrated their second marriage anniversary on April 22, 2020.

Recently Milind shared a slow-motion throwback video of himself where the actor is seen doing some push-ups and has revealed the advantage of this lockdown. In the video shared, Milind gives major motivation as he does clap pushups. Sharing the video, the actor wrote, “#TravelTuesday #pushups in #Manali this was some time last October and now I can do 20 decline clapping pushups #lockdown2020 #advantage @ankita_earthy.” The actor has revealed that because of the lockdown, he can now do 20 decline clapping pushups. If you are into fitness you know how difficult a normal pushup can be and Milind doing 20 decline clap pushups is very impressive. No wonder Milind’s followers have been commenting on his post and calling the actor ‘an inspiration’. And he truly is an inspiration as he always makes it a point to motivate his fans to continue their fitness journey and the fact that if he can at his age be so fit, they can be too!
