Rahul, Priyanka and Sonia Gandhi launch a scathing attack on Narendra Modi

Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi, his sister Priyanka Vadra and mother Sonia Gandh, Former Congress president i have launched a scathing attack on Narendra Modi over the Chinese army killing 20 Indian army men in a clash on Monday.

Soon after hearing the news about killing of Indian Army men, Rahul Gandhi took to his Twitter account to pay condolences to them. The ex-Congress president tweeted, “Words cannot describe the pain I feel for the officers and men who sacrificed their lives for our country. My condolences to all their loved ones. We stand with you in this difficult time.”

Today, Rahul Gandhi questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s silence over the Chinese army killing 20 Indian army men. He demanded him to show what happened on the board. He tweeted tody, “Why is the PM silent? Why is he hiding? Enough is enough. We need to know what has happened. How dare China kill our soldiers? How dare they take our land?”

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra demanded an explanation from Narendra Modi on the truth behind the incident. She tweeted, “Our land, our sovereignty is being threatened, our soldiers and officers have been martyred, are we just going to remain silent? India deserves the truth. It deserves a leadership that is willing to do anything before allowing its land to be taken. Show up @narendramodi ji, it’s time to stand up to China.”

Sonia Gandhi also urged Narendra Modi to present the truth before the country. “Today when there’s anger in the country regarding this incident then PM should come forward & tell the truth to the country that how did China occupy our land and why did our 20 soldiers lose their lives? What is the situtaion there today?” the ANI quoted the Congress Interim President as saying.

Sonia Gandhi questioned PM Modi furher, “Are our soldiers/officers still missing? How many of our soldiers/officers are critically injured? What areas have been occupied by China? What is the policy of govt to deal with this? Congress stands with our Army, soldiers, their families and govt in this crisis.”
