Just when we thought 2020 couldn’t get worse for Bollywood film industry after the untimely deaths of stars like Irrfan Khan, Rishi Kapoor and Sushant Singh Rajput, another news has left everyone in the industry as well as fans shocked to the core. Actor Sanjay Dutt has been diagnosed with stage three lung cancer and Sanjay will reportedly fly to the US for undergoing immediate treatment. As per reports, a close source reveals he is completely devastated as breaking the awful news to his family would be an ordeal since his wife Manyata and children are currently in Dubai and he hasn’t seen them since sometime due to the covid19.

Moreover, the close friend has also revealed that despite being shaken, Dutt is certain of being cured. Hearing the news it was also reported that Bollywood biggies and his friends Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek, and Salman Khan called him anxiously after having heard the news but he did not take the calls. This piece of news comes a few hours after the actor announced on social media about taking a break for medical treatment prior to Sadak 2’s trailer release. This started last week when Sanjay Dutt was admitted to the Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai on August 8 after having complained of breathlessness. Everyone though he must have gotten the virus but according to the reports its suggested that he had tested negative for COVID-19. The actor shared another tweet back then to reveal that he is doing well. Dutt was discharged two days later on August 10.
