Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has given a hilarious reaction on his bandaged face featured in the poster of his upcoming movie Jawan, saying that there were too many mosquito bites while shooting in jungles.

After the blockbuster success of Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up to release his next outing Jawan which is scheduled to hit the screens on September 7. After announcing its release date, the Bollywood superstar interacted with his followers on Twitter on Saturday evening and gave hilarious response to their questions on his upcoming movie.

The bandaged face of Shah Rukh Khan featured on the poster of Jawan has created a lot of curiosity about the film. During his #AskSRK session on Twitter, several asked about the same and responding one of them, the actor gave hilarious reply saying, “Too many mosquito bites shooting in the jungles!!! #Jawan #7thSeptember2023.”

At the end of this session, Shah Rukh Khan released a still of his face and captioned it with, “Ok thank u everyone. Some said my face not visible  in #Jawan poster….so putting my face here….don’t tell the director & producer. Love u all & hope to meet u in theatres on #7thSeptember2023 love u and bye.

Regarding the delay in making Jawan, Shah Rukh Khan said, “Takes time and patience to make something worthy for audiences….#Jawan #7thSeptember2023.” He also reacted on the postponing its release and added, “Everybody was working without a break and pushing themselves…so a bit relieved that all can do their job with more ease now. #Jawan #7thSeptember2023.”

Jawan is an action thriller movie, which is written by director Atlee and produced by SRK’s wife Gauri Khan. When asked about what he liked about the film, Shah Rukh Khan replied, “For me at least it’s a new kind of a genre. An Atlee special and the marriage of trying to bring two ways of making films in tandem. #Jawan.”

Shah Rukh Khan said he had great time working with director Atlee, Vijay Sethupathi and Nayantara in Jawan. The superstar tweeted, “Hectic and fun to shoot with Atlee Vijay & Nayan and everybody else. Really intense and fun. #Jawan She is lovely….too sweet and awesome to work with. A pleasure. #Jawan.” 0n learning Tamil, the Jawan actor wrote, “Atlee and Anirudh made me do a few song lines (lip synch ) in Tamil….hope I got them right. #Jawan #7thSeptember2023.”
