Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s Tiger 3 has made a superb collection at the Indian box office and surpassed Rs 300 crore gross mark in six days. It has become a big money spinner of the year 2023.

Salman mania and the success of Tiger series and a few other aspects had generated a lot of hype and expectations from Tiger 3. To cash in on the craze, its distributors released the film in  5500 screens across the domestic market and 3400 screens in the international market on November 12, taking its total count to 8,900 screens.

The much-awaited movie Tiger 3 registered record-breaking advance booking, to become the biggest Bollywood opener of the year. Taran Adarsh tweeted on Sunday, “#Tiger3 Sun / Day 1 at national chains… Update: 12.30 pm… ⭐️ #PVRInox: ₹ 8.75 cr ⭐️ #Cinepolis: ₹ 2.10 cr ⭐️ Total: ₹ 10.85 cr.”

The Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer went on to show decent growth on Monday and Tuesday, which were holidays on account of Diwali, but its business was severely affected by the semi-final cricket matches in India on the following days. Tiger 3 has collected Rs 188.25 crore net at the Indian box office in six days.

Its domestic gross collection stands at Rs 229 crore in six days. Tiger 3 has also made a fantabulous collection at the International market, taking its business to Rs 71 crore gross  ($8.50 million) in six days. Its total gross collection has surpassed Rs 300 crore mark in the global market as of Friday. With no big releases in the coming week, Tiger 3 is expected to take the box office by storm in its second week too, but its business is likely to be affected by the ICC final cricket match on Sunday.
