Tiger Shroff asks his fans about their fitness plans during this quarantine period

India’s on lockdown for the next 21 days and everything is shut be it schools, colleges, offices. Now due to the lockdown gyms are shut too and this means a lot of Bollywood celebrities are missing on their workouts with their trainers. Now that didn’t stop them from working out as they are using this quarantine time by working out at home. From Katrina Kaif, Deepika to Alia everyone’s been busy sweating it at their homes. They are also motivating their fans to follow a healthy diet and workout even though things are gloom right now. Tiger Shroff too has become a part of the home workout team. If you follow Tiger, you would know that he is a fitness freak and loved to work out. And why not? With the body he’s got, it’s important to work out to be in shape.

During this quarantine time, he has found different ways of being fit by staying home and without compromising on his fitness. The Baaghi 3 actor has shared a series of workout videoes where he is trying to remain fit without going to the gym in the hopes that his fans take it up as the challenge to work out and stay fit even when in indoors. In the video shared, Tiger’swell-toned abs can be seen as he lifts up some heavyweights, works on his abs by doing some hardcore crunches with the support of a rod and playing with a football while being quarantined at home. Sharing the video, Tiger wrote, “My mom never let us play in the house when we were kids, guess this time she has no choice Tell me what you guys are doing to #StaySafeStayStrong by tagging me and @asicsindia on it. #StayHome #ASICS #ASICSIN #IMoveMe.”
