Xiaomi to launch its MI 10 5G via an online event on the 8^th of this month. This smartphone is a part of the MI 10 series that has already been launched in China. The MI 10 5G is Xiaomi’s premium smartphone. The MI 10 5G comes with a couple of highlights such as 5G connectivity, the cameras, the processor, display, and much more.  

But it seems like MI 10 5G is not the only thing the company is up to bringing to the table. As the company itself implied, we shall get to see a Xiaomi ‘Internet of Things’ device. We can see it at the online launch event on the 8^th of May in the country. 

Xiaomi India, the Chinese company is all geared up to introduce a device that can turn your TV into a smart TV. This is in accordance to a teaser posted on twitter. 

“Mi fans, we’re launching one more device with #Mi10 on May 8. Leave your guesses in comments. Tag your friends who need to turn their TV into a Smart TV.”, tweeted Xiaomi India on May 6. 

Xiaomi could be introducing the MI Box. MI Box is a smart stick that can be connected to a TV with the help of an HDMI cable. It can be used to view online content on the TV without upgrading.

For the ones who are unaware of the fact, Xiaomi already has a MI Box device in China. One that performs the same task. Currently, the Mi Box has two variants, that are, the Mi Box 4 SE and Mi Box S. However, there is no clear indication as to which device will be introduced in India. 

In addition to this, there have been suggestions that Xiaomi could be launching the MI Stick instead of the MI Box. MI Stick, that is pretty much like the Amazon Fire TV Stick. Things do not end here. The company is also expected to launch the Xiaomi wireless earbuds at the same launch event. There is a possibility of many new arrivals in India soon. But the devices shall be unveiled on the 8^th of May.
